Welcome to Bipofy ("Bipofy", "we", "our", or "us"). Bipofy is a global multi-tenant ecommerce SaaS platform that allows users to create, manage, and operate online stores.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bipofy services, including all features, websites, applications, APIs, and related services.

By using Bipofy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use Bipofy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Account Registration

To access Bipofy services, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security and confidentiality of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account without permission

3. Service Overview

Bipofy provides a multi-tenant ecommerce platform that includes:

• Online store creation tools
• Admin dashboard
• Customizable storefront system
• Payment gateway integrations
• Multi-currency support
• Subdomain and custom domain support
• Free SSL certificates
• Global CDN infrastructure
• Instant store setup
• SMS and email notification system
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Marketing and tracking integrations, including Google Pixel and analytics tools

4. Subscription Plans

Bipofy offers three main plans:

Starter

• No monthly or yearly fee
• 3% commission on each successful sale
• 10-day trial access for new stores
• Full platform feature access during trial period
• Free Bipofy subdomain
• Custom domain support
• Free SSL and CDN
• Standard support

Growth Plan

Pricing:

• $4.99 USD / month
• $49.99 USD / year
• Bangladesh: 499 Tk / month, 4,999 Tk / year

Commission:

• 1% commission on each successful sale

Features:

• Unlimited products
• Advanced storefront customization
• Payment gateway integration
• Shipping zone and partner integration
• Coupon and campaign system
• SMS and email notifications
• Advanced SEO and analytics
• Google ID and Pixel setup
• Visitor tracking
• Customer support ticket system
• BBSS customer rating system
• Standard support
• Free training session

Business Plan

Pricing:

• $39.99 USD / month
• $399.99 USD / year
• Bangladesh: 2,999 Tk / month, 29,999 Tk / year

Features:

• Everything in Growth Plan
• 1-click store migration
• Priority support
• Free training session
• Enhanced scalability and performance tools
• Advanced analytics and reporting

5. Trial Period

Each new store receives a 10-day free trial period.

During the trial:

• Users can test all platform features
• No subscription fees are charged
• After trial, users must select a plan to continue using services

6. Fees and Payments

By using Bipofy, you agree to:

• Subscription fees apply to Growth and Business plans only
• Commission applies to Starter and Growth plans
• Commission must be paid from the tenant admin dashboard before reaching the due commission limit to avoid service interruption
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly depending on plan selection

7. Subscription Refund Policy

Subscription fees are refundable within 7 business days after store closure, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund request must be submitted after store closure
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days
• Refund amount will be calculated after deducting completed order commissions, platform usage, and service charges
• Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible

Commission fees are always non-refundable.

8. Store Closure and Account Termination

Users may close their store at any time.

Upon closure:

• Storefront will be disabled
• Admin panel access will be removed
• Store data may be archived or deleted based on policy

Bipofy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Illegal or harmful content
• Abuse of system resources

9. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are fully responsible for:

• Product listings and accuracy
• Order fulfillment and customer service
• Legal compliance of their business
• Tax and regulatory obligations
• Refund and return policies for customers
• Marketing and advertising practices

Bipofy is not responsible for merchant business operations.

10. Platform Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Sell prohibited or restricted goods
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse systems
• Misuse APIs or infrastructure
• Copy, resell, or exploit Bipofy services without permission
• Harm users, customers, or platform systems

11. Data and Privacy

Use of Bipofy is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy
• Use of analytics and tracking tools for platform improvement

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Bipofy may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update or modify features
• Temporarily suspend services
• Discontinue services where necessary

13. Intellectual Property

All Bipofy systems, software, branding, and infrastructure are the exclusive property of Bipofy.

Users retain full ownership of:

• Store content
• Product data
• Customer data generated through their store

14. Limitation of Liability

Bipofy is not liable for:

• Business or revenue losses
• Data loss due to third-party services
• Merchant-customer disputes
• Downtime or technical interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

15. Changes to Terms

Bipofy may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and regional laws relevant to Bipofy operations.
