1. Introduction
This Tenant Policy applies to all individuals, businesses, organizations, merchants, sellers, and entities that register, subscribe, create, manage, or operate a store on Bipofy, a multi-tenant eCommerce SaaS platform operated by RyteByte Labs.
By signing up, creating a tenant account, subscribing to any Bipofy plan, accessing the admin dashboard, using a Bipofy storefront, using a Bipofy-provided subdomain, uploading products, or conducting business through Bipofy, the tenant fully agrees to comply with this Tenant Policy and all applicable Bipofy policies, including but not limited to:
- Bipofy Terms and Conditions
- Bipofy Privacy Policy
- BBSS Data Policy
- Refund and Return Policy
- Pricing and Plan Policy
- Commission Policy
- Any additional platform rules, compliance guidelines, service notices, or operational policies issued by Bipofy from time to time
If a tenant does not agree with these policies, the tenant must not create, operate, or continue using a Bipofy tenant account or storefront.
2. Tenant Account and Store Operation
Each tenant is responsible for the creation, configuration, management, and operation of their own store within the Bipofy platform.
The tenant is solely responsible for:
- Store information and business details
- Product listings and product descriptions
- Product pricing and stock information
- Product images, media, and uploaded content
- Order processing
- Customer communication
- Sales activities
- Promotions, discounts, campaigns, and offers
- Product warranty, guarantee, and after-sales service
- Refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, and customer support
- Compliance with applicable business, tax, consumer protection, eCommerce, advertising, import/export, and product laws
Bipofy provides the SaaS platform infrastructure only. Bipofy does not own, verify, guarantee, manufacture, sell, ship, warrant, or support any product or service listed by a tenant unless expressly stated in writing by Bipofy.
3. Acceptance of Bipofy Policies
By registering as a tenant, the tenant confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to all Bipofy policies.
The tenant acknowledges that Bipofy may update, modify, revise, replace, or add policies at any time for legal, operational, security, compliance, or business reasons. Continued use of the Bipofy platform after any policy update means the tenant accepts the updated policy.
Violation of any Bipofy policy may result in account restriction, store suspension, termination, removal of content, cancellation of services, withholding of platform access, or other actions deemed necessary by Bipofy.
4. Pricing, Plans, Billing, and Commission
Tenants must select and subscribe to an available Bipofy pricing plan to operate their store, unless otherwise permitted by Bipofy.
The tenant agrees to pay all applicable subscription fees, usage fees, transaction fees, commission charges, add-on charges, renewal fees, taxes, or other fees associated with the selected plan or service.
Bipofy may apply commissions or platform charges based on the applicable Commission Policy. The tenant is responsible for understanding the commission structure before selling through the platform.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service limitation, store interruption, suspension, or termination.
Bipofy reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, commissions, billing rules, and payment terms at any time by providing notice through the platform, website, dashboard, email, or any other official communication channel.
5. Tenant KYC Requirement
To operate a store without interruption, every tenant must submit the required KYC information from their Bipofy admin dashboard.
KYC information may include, but is not limited to:

- Valid government-issued identification
- Business registration documents, if applicable
- Tax identification documents, if applicable
- Address verification
- Contact information
- Bank or payment-related verification documents
- Any other document requested by Bipofy for compliance, fraud prevention, or operational verification
The tenant must ensure that all KYC information and documents submitted to Bipofy are true, accurate, complete, valid, current, and legally obtained.
6. KYC Verification, Rejection, and Suspension
All submitted KYC documents and information are subject to review and verification by Bipofy or its authorized representatives.
Bipofy reserves the right to approve, reject, request additional documents, delay verification, suspend, or terminate a tenant account if:
- The submitted documents are false, fake, expired, altered, misleading, or invalid
- The tenant provides incorrect or incomplete information
- The tenant intentionally misrepresents their identity or business
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- The tenant fails to complete KYC within the required time
- The tenant’s business appears unlawful, high-risk, prohibited, or non-compliant
- Bipofy is required to act under applicable law, regulation, government order, platform policy, or legal authority request
If a tenant’s KYC is rejected due to false information, intentional fraud, forged documents, suspicious activity, or misrepresentation, Bipofy may immediately suspend or terminate the tenant account and storefront.
In such cases, no refund will be issued to the tenant, even if a refund would otherwise be applicable under a normal refund policy.
Bipofy also reserves the right to take legal action against any tenant involved in fraud, identity misuse, forged documentation, financial misconduct, platform abuse, or unlawful activity.
7. Tenant Responsibility for Legal Compliance
The tenant is solely responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services, content, advertisements, sales practices, shipping practices, refund practices, customer handling, and store operations comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where the tenant operates or sells.

In such cases, Bipofy may refuse to provide refunds, data export, store restoration, account access, or any other service benefit to the tenant, subject to applicable law.
9. Tenant Responsibility for Products, Warranty, Refunds, Returns, and Customer Support

All Bipofy-hosted storefronts, platform infrastructure, admin dashboard access, system features, templates, software, services, subdomains, technical resources, and related platform assets are the sole property of Bipofy and/or RyteByte Labs.

Bipofy may take action with or without prior notice depending on the severity, urgency, legal risk, or operational impact of the issue.
Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to the tenant dashboard, storefront, subdomain, product listings, customer data, order data, and other platform features, subject to applicable law and Bipofy’s internal compliance requirements.
17. Limitation of Bipofy Responsibility
Bipofy provides a technology platform for tenants to build and operate their own eCommerce stores. Bipofy is not responsible for the tenant’s business decisions, products, services, legal compliance, customer promises, delivery, warranties, refunds, returns, promotions, or store operations.

Bipofy reserves all rights necessary to protect its platform, users, customers, business, legal interests, and reputation.
